Thinking about a Czech style...a good start may be using a Czech malt !!

Made from the same grains as our Bohemian Pils this malt is traditionaly floor malted in the Czech Republic.

Sure, it is 50% more expensive than the excellent NZ malts and almost double a great quality Australian malt but only cents more per glass (glass size may vary)

Made from the finest Bohemian quality brewing barley (barley varieties Bojos and Malz), this Pilsner malt is characterized by the typical sententious core notes of the original barley varieties.

Sensory: nutty malt aroma, malty-sweet
