Sodium Percarbonate, actually Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate is an addition compound of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide. It is about 13% oxygen. It is soluble at about 150g/litre and a 1.5% solution (15g/litre) has a pH of 10.5.

Recommendation is 1% for beer line cleaning and 0.5% for general soaking. I use 1.5% all round and rinse .

This is a very gentle cleaner, and is perfect where heavy soiling is not an issue.

You might also look at StellarClean , a highly effective "non-caustic" (a bit of a misnomer) cleaner that contains Sodium Percarbonate as well as other chemicals in a synergistic mix to produce a fantastic brew house cleaning solution.
