A general purpose brewery cleaner in a powder form. Dissolve in 70C water at a rate of about of about 2g per litre (4 tsp per 10 litres).

This product has a similar chemical composition and works in a similar way to a famous proprietary product. It is not the same and does not claim to be. It is a highly alkaline product using sodium metasilicate, sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate and some chelation agents.
