OK its a bit of the Fabián side of socialism but it suits me and I hope it suits Canberra Brewers.

A little over 20 years ago the first inklings of what was to become Mashematics stirred, the story is complex and frankly quite boring but here we are now, nearly 20 years on going back.

It suits me because I need room and I want to move my brewery out of the back shed and into the main shed.as I need the height.

So I will, as Grain and Grape so elegantly do, open a book.

First up is malt, followed quickly by hops and yeast and the first malt is Voyager as I have all but sold the test order from a little while ago,

Voyager is now open again at the new prices as is Gladfield

Simply express your interest by placing a non-binding order when the order fills say 30 bags (maybe a month maybe more depends on appetite) I will let you know and if the total order from confirmed orders is sufficient I will ask for payment and order.

I will continue to hold good stocks of grain mainly at the moment Gladfields but lets see., usually a tonne or more....
