Malt Extracts, Nutrients Salts and other adjuncts
Malt extracts are simply malted barley (usually) that has been mashed then concentrated.
This is a reall quick way way to make a simple beer. certainly you may not have the control that a full mash of your own design gives but you do have consistency.
